PROJECTS
National Workplace Charging Program
EVNoire is partnering on a groundbreaking multi-year national Electric Vehicle Workplace charging program, a pioneering initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) by increasing access to EV charging at workplaces nationwide. This initiative, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, aims to transform employee commuting habits by making EV charging accessible and convenient at work. The project provides a Workplace Charging Concierge taking employers through the technical step by step process for them to assess how to implement a workplace charging program along with guidance on employee engagement strategies. By focusing on workplace charging infrastructure and advocacy, Charge@Work is poised to significantly advance access to charging at U.S. workplaces, reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable transportation solutions for employees and employers nationwide. This program is in partnership with Calstart and Forth.
Georgia Department of Energy (DOE) Project
In partnership with the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE), EVNoire (EVN) and Clean Cities Georgia (CC-GA), will utilize a multi-year DOE award to ensure that underserved Black communities within three distinct Georgia communities – Albany, Atlanta, and Savannah – are actively engaged and empowered to create and deploy equitable, accessible, electric mobility initiatives.
Utilizing best practices and proprietary frameworks, EVNoire will provide expertise on engaging underserved communities, and facilitate landscape assessments, interviews, and focus groups to inform an education and communications campaign including print/digital components and in-person and virtual events.
The intended audience is: Residents of Albany, Savannah, and Atlanta, Georgia totaling approximately 714,000+ people
The project focuses on rural, semi-urban, and urban communities

National Drive Electric Week (NDEW)
National Drive Electric Week is an annual, nationwide global event that promotes multimodal electric vehicles and showcases their benefits. The NDEW campaign encourages people to learn about and test-drive electric vehicles.
During NDEW, local events and activities are organized across the United States, Canada, and abroad. These events feature EV owners, dealerships, and advocates who come together to showcase various electric vehicle models, offer test drives, share personal experiences, and provide information about the benefits of EV ownership.

National Drive Electric Earth Month (DEEM)
Drive Electric Earth Month (DEEM) is an extension of National Drive Electric Week, with a specific focus on sustainability and environmental benefits of multimodal, electric vehicles.
Similar to NDEW, Drive Electric Earth Month events showcase EVs, offer test drives, and engages with the community to promote the environmental advantages of electric transportation. These events often emphasize the role of EVs in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.

Statewide Electric Vehicle Education and Engagement Campaign
EVNoire serves as the developers, conveners, and leaders of the Electrifying Virginia Partnership. This innovative, data-driven, multimodal statewide campaign engages communities, government, businesses, EV advocacy organizations, and e-mobility stakeholders to educate and engage consumers on the benefits of multi-modal Electric Vehicles (EVs). We will be launching additional state, regional, and nationwide campaigns.
Statewide Clean Vehicle Rebate Program - Oregon
EVNoire was retained to assess diverse stakeholders’ attitudes, beliefs, and knowledge about the Charge Ahead EV rebate and incentive program and identify opportunities to increase awareness of the program and improve program outreach and engagement.
Our team developed and facilitated a landscape assessment with diverse communities and low-to-moderate-income communities to assess opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and use of the Charge Ahead rebate program. The results and our guidance resulted in State partners allocating additional funding for CBO partners working with diverse communities to disseminate information about the program. Also, the rebate changed from a rebate to a point-of-sale offering and was doubled to amplify and increase participation.

Rideshare, Rental and Delivery Electrification
EVNoire has collaborated with the largest national players in Rideshare, Rental and Delivery to accelerate adoption.
Rideshare: We collaborated with Uber to facilitate research to create the strategy around the companies platform electrification strategy. EV Adoption among this community of high vehicle mile drivers.
Rental Car Companies: Facilitated training for rideshare companies to drivers who are considering or currently renting EVs for use on rideshare platforms.
Delivery Network Companies:
Most American households
Our team works with the leading rideshare companies advising them on their electrification strategy as well as leading implementation of the latter strategies ensuring that all communities are included. Our analysis explores the hurdles that rideshare drivers face transitioning from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to electric vehicles. Using our research findings, we have explored EV myths, facilitated driver EV 101 trainings, facilitated ride and drives, informed rideshare driver education and outreach campaigns, and more seeking with the ultimate goal of normalizing EV adoption. We continually seek to understand the EV adoption landscape to assist our partners with efficient and cost-effective transitions to electrification.
