EVNoire was retained to assess diverse stakeholders’ attitudes, beliefs, and knowledge about the Charge Ahead EV rebate and incentive program and identify opportunities to increase awareness of the program and improve program outreach and engagement.
Our team developed and facilitated a landscape assessment with diverse communities and low-to-moderate-income communities to assess opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and use of the Charge Ahead rebate program.
The results and our guidance resulted in State partners allocating additional funding for CBO partners working with diverse communities to disseminate information about the program. Also, the rebate changed from a rebate to a point-of-sale offering and was doubled to amplify and increase participation.
