EVNoire is working to assess barriers and facilitating factors to accelerate EV adoption among Black, Latinx, and Tribal Communities in North Carolina.
This project is identifying best practices and creating a roadmap for facilitating marketing and outreach programs in these priority communities. It is also ensuring that these impacted voices are amplified and included in clean transportation coalitions in NC. This is a multi-year project.
